Shipping policy

All orders are shipped either with UPS Ground or Fed EX tracking within 1-2 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following week.

Pre-order and custom orders ship when available.

We are unable to adjust or cancel orders once placed as they will be processed to ship immediately.

Once the package leaves the fulfillment center and tracking information is sent via email, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
